When he is not working in the accounting field, Greene enjoys reading, playing sports, and volunteering as a coach for the Half Hollow Hills Youth Basketball League and the Half Hollow Hills Youth Football League. Particularly, Greene enjoys playing baseball, rugby, golf, football, and skiing. While he attended Hofstra University, Greene also played on the rugby team, taking on the position as captain. Greene holds more than 25 years of experiencing serving the construction industry.

His first step in his career began when he joined Greene & Company LLP, where he currently acts as a Partner. Based in Melville, New York, Greene works to ensure client satisfaction, prepares statements and taxes, and completes various financial reports.
